Scripture requires that we be gatekeepers in every aspect of society. This presentation walks you through several examples of gatekeepers in Biblical times: then, modern gatekeeping roles and their critical assistants are identified.
After you complete this training, spend time in prayer and critical thought, considering which role(s) your skillset could best be used in.

THE ENEMY WITHIN: IDENTITY, STRATEGY & TACTICS
As Christians seek to fulfil their obligation to be gatekeepers in society, they will soon come face to face with the enemy within. In this presentation, we look at who the enemy is, what their mission is and how they operate. We also provide Scriptural advice for preparations to face this enemy.

LOCAL INTERACTION: DEVELOP SITUATIONAL AWARENESS
Positive and effective action on the part of “gatekeepers” and their “critical assistants” flows out of the situational awareness acquired through interaction with those already filling these roles. This training identifies who to engage, where/how to connect with them and what you hope to achieve from the interaction.

GOVERNMENT 101 FOR CITIZENS OF MICHIGAN
The goal of this training is to educate the citizens of Michigan about their executive, legislative and judicial government representation from the precinct to the federal level. Exercises throughout will help you identify the geopolitical units you live in, track down the laws you are subject to, and develop a full list of your elected officials to watch, contact and ultimately hold accountable.

POLITICAL PARTIES: ORIGINS, PLATFORMS & STRUCTURES
The structures of the major political parties vary form one another and from state and state. This training reviews the origin and platform of the national party and then explains the party structure and operations within the state of Michigan. Exercises throughout will help you identify your party representation.

ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER: SIX LESSONS
Robert’s Rules of Order is a set of meeting procedure rules that helps groups hold orderly meetings where the majority makes decisions and the rights of the minority are protected. It is the parliamentary procedure most commonly used in the political realm – at local government meetings, school board meetings, party committee meetings and party conventions. It is critical that members of each of these bodies – elected officials, committee members and delegates – learn these rules and be comfortable using them to conduct business.
